This site has been most helpful for my genealogical research; most notably for my membership to Daughters of the American Revolution.|
I am always happy to transfer any memorial to whom I am not related. Kindness goes a long way. Simply ask for as many as you would like.

Could you please delete you picture of the headstone of Glenn/Dorothy Harmon # 10026322. I would like to use my own photo.

I think that you have incorrectly attached Gottlieb Braatz and Meana (Minnie) Braatz to Helen List and Herman Braatz as parents. Herman and Helen did not come to the states until 1881. I have a feeling that Gottlieb and Minnie belong to William Bratz. I found there is an obit for a Minnie d/o William Bratz on New Castle Public Library's Marriage and Obit Index in the Lawrence Guardian 1/2/1880. Thank you for all that you do!
|Fran Determann||Helen I. Gillen|
THANK YOU!! We are only human and I make lots of mistakes also. And yes her SS would have been issue in Michigan. Her father is #122184241 John William Determann and her mother is Bridget Simon # 122184408 Thank you for doing this she had no children and only living relative alive would have been her grand nephews , one being my husband Keith. She visited Iowa alot to see her sister Frances and nieces and nephews. I did get to meet her several times, but no one here in Iowa was notified of her death.
On this grave site you have Alice Pearl Dye Turk as the female parent. I am wondering how sure you are of this relationship as I have a great Aunt Helen Gillian that was from there per an Obit. in 1976 and this is the only Helen I. Gillen on findagrave. You can read the obit of her sister here on #137890569. THANK YOU for your checking this out. I live in Iowa and can not travel to Ohio.

Yes, it is fine if you would like to transfer. I always think of you when I am linking to your memorials. I keep busy doing my "hobby."

As much as I appreciate your offer, it is only important that they be remembered. Thank you for creating the memorial. I have been trying to find their one surviving son, Dale Dunn. No luck on FB. Again, thank you, and God bless your day(s).
It was just an FYI. No transfer necessary.

The photo of the monument that you posted for Laban S. Sherman (memorial #71516471) could be added to memorial #71516488 for his son Zillah Sherman (1861-1938) at Chestnut Grove Cemetery in Ashtabula, Ohio. Zillah's name appears faintly under his mother's name Mary Eliza (Jenks) Sherman. Thank you!

This coming Monday will be the 40th anniversary of the train/auto accident that took this family's life. They were friends of my family. I have been trying to contact the one remaining son to tell him that his family is NOT forgotten. Thank you for establishing this memorial. God bless.

I wonder if this is the John P. Blair that was a 2nd Lt. in the 12th PVI., previous to service with the 100th.
