The photo attached to Jershua Bronson Welch is her daughters headstone. Do you have one for Jershua the mother? Thank you. Rosemary

|Jen Snoots||RE: Grace Church Cemetery, Prov., RI|
Thanks for your kind words :)
Would've liked to have done more, but concentrated my efforts on nearby Locust Grove (which I completed). Grace Church Cemetery could use the help...part of the problem I think was it's location right where Broad & Elmwood split off. I encountered a lot of questionable people and activities there, more so than in any other cemetery I've been to (and I've been to a lot!), including a particulary memorable experience where a lady tried to sell me her obviously used sneakers for a "school fundraiser"! Maybe things have improved, if not, I think somehow making it less attractive to those sorts of folks would go a long way in improving it. Just my two cents :)

Thank you so much for taking this photo. This is the patriot that I am researching for DAR. I was wondering if you were able to read the memorial inscription and if so, if you could let me know how it reads. I will be looking over some more family members that are buried in that cemetery and will post for a photo and I hope it will be your who takes it. Thank you again.

PS . . . Nice website you have.

Thank you for trying to locate their headstones.
It was long ago, so maybe there is no stone anymore.
Thanks for spending time trying to find her grave in West Side Cemetery.
