Thank You
Thank you Chelsea for making the memorial for Laura Ann Becker. I made the stone. She is my husband's baby sister.

Thanks again for taking the time to help me locate John's final burial site. You have been a tremendous help in solving a long time mystery.

RE: Prideaux
Hi, my email is I have several trees on Ancestry, but look at the one called "James Paul Prideaux Family Tree". From what I know, Stephen was the oldest Ptideaux from Cornwall, James was his son, then Thomas was James' son. Harley was Thomas's son, and my grandpa James was Harley's son. I have some photos on my tree, some that were mine and some that were on other trees on Ancestry. I think we are cousins for sure, just have to pinpoint exactly where. It's nice to meet you. My mom was Flossie Prideaux from Sumner.

Thomas Prideaux
Hi, you left flowers for your 3rd great Uncle James Prideaux. He is my 3rd Great Grandfather through his son Harley, then son James, then daughter Flossie. How are you related as of course so then are we related? It's a pleasure to meet cousins, even at a grave yard!

Lucille Inez Hawk
Thank you very much for adding the photo for Lucille Inez Rigby Warner Turner Hawk Caskey. She dropped her final last name. Do you mind if I put the picture on my family tree? It would be greatly appreciated.

My grandfathers memorial
Thank you so very much Chelsea. I had been searching for my grandfather. Confirmation of his death (date/place) brought me here. A lovely surprise!

My grandfather passed when my father was only three. And now that I know where his memorial is, I will visit it the next time I'm in the Bay Area. Lay a flower at his site and give my respects.

Sending much love,

RE: Etienne Hebert
My Grandfather is Antoine Hebert. I visited Port Royal some years ago. I look to visit there again soon. The first time I was there I stayed at a bed and breakfast that was a block away from the Acadian Cemetery.

I am sorry to say it is nothing but a grassy field. But the locals there now are seeking to put a large grave marker on the land. I do not know if they were successful or not. I can not tell you what a pleasure and honor it was to visit the land of our grandfathers. it is very pretty.

I just sorry that land was stolen from us. I do not know what information you seek. Nor do I know a lot I know a little but not too much. I guess the one thing I always wanted to know where did out grandfathers live when they lived in france. And who was their grandfathers.

I sort of got some leads but nothing can be confirmed. I also suspect Louis Hebert was their great uncle. but of course I can not verify anything. i know Antoine was a cooper, blacksmith and farmer.

but I guess what I really like to know what kind of a man he was personally. Was he funny? Did he have any hobbies? Was he a good father and law man? You know things like that. I guess I will never know. but I like to think both of our grandfathers were noble, hardworking men, salt of the earth.

An inspiration to us all. I can not go into detail just yet but I am currently working on a project I think all acadians Past, Present and future will enjoy. I do have a tree but do not know where it is. I can tell you my family moved to the isle of saint jean and where expelled in 1758.

Who know we very well could be cousins.
