Hello, I started out only doing my own family genealogy photos, and people I knew. This has provided me information that could not have been obtained from other resources. I do however photograph other headstones and have added other entries. If you would like any of my information modified, please contact me. Most information has been obtained from either obituaries, death certificates or the headstones themselves.|
I am not a hoarder of logged memorials, and will gladly transfer. This is not a #'s game to me.
I am interested in finding any Grosso, Pernetti, Fina, McEntee, McCarty and Rountree relatives.
I'm English, Irish and Western European.
My Maternal Grandmother has always been a brick wall due to being placed in the Philadelphia Catholic Orphanage System. UPDATE: I HAVE SOLVED MY GRANDMOTHER'S LINEAGE. AT LEAST FOR A FEW GENERATIONS. SOMEHOW I HAVE EVEN BEEN PLACED IN HER GRANDPARENT'S ON BOTH SIDES CIRCLES.

Thank you for the transfers.
Could you also transfer my great grandfather John J McEntee (#129339831) who is buried at Mount Calvary Cemetery in Harrisburg?
|Scott McEntee||RE: McEntee|
I would be happy to take over Peter J McEntee (my great uncle) and his daughter Mary. I just submitted an update to Mary's birth date based on the SS Death Index information.

No, I am using the free MyHeritage Family Tree version and working locally, with the exception of updating the findagrave site. My nephew or his wife have posted a tree to Ancestry.com using a GED file I provided them as a base awhile back.
The line of McEntee's I am tracking emigrated from County Meath to work at the steel furnaces in Lancaster County and then upriver to Dauphin County.
One of this line took a position as Superintendent of a hearth in Yeoden county and settled in Chester. That is the Peter J. McEntee buried at Holy Cross along with his wife Catherine and two of his daughters, Mary and Anastasia.
I have a pretty complete picture of my line in America, but can't pin down what town or diocese in Meath they came from. I thought I had a hit for a birth recorded in the Catholic register at Moynalty, but it was inconclusive as none of the siblings show up.
If you are interested, my nephews tree is the Greaney - McEntee family tree. It would have the key names in the direct lineage, but I may need to provide him with a new GED file to pick up updates.

Thanks for posting his obit. Just another piece of information for his post: Al was born May 26, 1944. I'm his sister-in-law, Marge Smith Friel
