1) Genealogy is collecting dead relatives and sometimes a live cousin!
2) Genealogy is where you confuse the dead and irritate the living.
3) Genealogy is a place to take nothing but ancestors, leave nothing but records.

|Leslie Jeffcoat Maddocks||RE: Henrietta Ursula Jeffcoat Reeder|
I had to "distort" my copy of the obituary in order to print on one page. Hopefully you can open this from Genehttp://www.genealogybank.com/doc/newspapers/image/v2%3A11210D30DA68B248%40GB3NEWS-1472310E95DBBECD%402434299-1470710B1A24B753%405-14724CAA32A8AC78%40?search_terms=Reeder%7CHenriettaalogy Bank:

New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery: Although the headstone does give her death date as Oct. 11, 1952 as transcribed, both her obituary and her death certificate give the death date of Oct. 12. Hopefully you can make a note of this on her memorial page. Thanks.

On the memorial for Samantha Jeffcoat Cupstid (# 51934059), you posted a death certificate for Needham M. Jeffcoat (# 78807922). Please remove it. Thank you! And many thanks for all you do on Find-a-Grave.

I have deleted my memorials. Sorry about that. I hate it when I have pictures not to use them. If you will go to memorial 174442386 you will find that Paulette has also added a memorial at the wrong cemetery. Good luck. Happy new year. Wimsang

First let me apologize for taking so long to post this. I have been off Find a grave for awhile due to family illness.. Thank you so much for adding the photo of Earnest and Cora's marker to his page.

|Kim Moore||Workman grave|
Thanks so much for the picture of the James Workman gravestone. I was wondering if it is at all possible for you to help just a little bit more. The original Find A Grave entry indicates age of death as 52. That agrees with a book I have "Early Records of Fishing Creek Presbyterian Church" which says age of death 52. But this newer gravestone says the age is 42. I would love to really try and figure out what that original stone says. If you are back at that cemetery would it be possible for you to run your hand over the original stone to determine the correct age? Or perhaps use water to see if it brings out the words? Or maybe there is a contact at the cemetery you are aware of who I could call and ask about this? Any help is most appreciated. This is a direct line grandfather for me. Thanks!
Thanks very much for taking a photograph of Dewey's headstone.

|Dawn Whitten Jenkins||Thank you!|
I just wanted to come by and thank you so much for the great photos you took of the headstones of Stella Spires, John Spires, Charles Spires, and Martha Brunson. It was such a great surprise to come back from vacation and see these requests fulfilled!
These folks are my husband and children's family, and it is so lovely to be able to 'virtually' visit them whenever we wish, now. :)
Many, many thanks!
Thank you for the great photo of Esther Jane Miller's headstone.
