In February 2013, I began researching my children's family tree. I connected with findagrave.com and was blown away by the kindness of people in creating memorials for those who have passed. I love that others recognize the meaning of remembering those who are gone.|
I found out that I could register and was happy to sign up to help with photo requests and other information. If I can help, I will be happy to! And any photos that I post, unless noted otherwise, you are welcome to use for your genealogy. If you ever want to find your relative's stone, contact me. I have larger shots of most stones that give an idea of location.
And I will be happy to transfer any of your relatives' pages to you. Just let me know that they are yours! (Unless, of course, they are also mine. Then we'll just have to do "rock, paper, scissors" to decide.) :-)
And thank you to all who have been a part of this site before me!

Could you please transfer the graves of Douglas Hoffman, Phyllis Hoffman, and Joseph Hoffman over to me? They are all in Oak Grove Cemetery, Montague, MI. They are my aunt, uncle, and cousin. Do you need their memorial numbers?
My contributor number is #49085634. Let me know if you need any other information. Thank you so much!

Thanks for being so thoughtful & considerate, I hope you are doing well in your research. If you need any help with Oceana Co., Michigan I have several books and lots of records of the people who lived there especially back in the 1800's and early 1900's. Sharon
Michelle, how nice of you to transfer to me, I appreciate that, isn't this website awesome, it has been so helpful and fun to meet and contribute info. Thanks, Sharon

I found Harvey C. Craig. He died in Puyallup (Pierce County) Did not find Birdell. Maybe she died out of state. Harvey C. Craig had two sons on the 1930 census. No wife? In 1940 Birdell shows up with additional children. Do you suppose he was married twice?
Harvey J. Craig also had a daughter in 1975. Ivy. I believe she is still living here in Washington.
I found her under Ivy Craig.
I use WashingtonDigitalArchives and FamilySearch a lot. Both are free with lots of info.

Harvey Craig. He was married to Hazel Craig who is next to him at GAR. Where are his parents?

Glad I could be of help.

Hello Michelle. My name is Michael Craig and Orrin was my great great uncle. I was wondering if you have any other information about his life or his children. I have a family tree on ancestry.com called "Craig family tree". I recently obtained his civil war military records. Well take care.
