Kathy Jennings
Adopted/Looking for family
My name is Kathy Jennings. I did the Ancestry DNA and it has linked me with Walter Warren Ervin and Nellie Rosales. I believe these people would be my grandparents. I have found 3 1st cousins. One of my cousins said her mother was named Sandra Ervin.
I was hoping you might help me solve this riddle.

Thank You,
Kathy

Frankie Dale Hines
I apologize for the duplication on Dale. I did his memorial for the family and friends including myself.
His brother and sister helped put it together. But since yours was done just a few days after his death, i will notify them of the your request and give them the new Find A Grave memorial #.

RE: Jacob Hill #180271018
I've got memorials made but not completed for a few people. I have those on a list & will check on those from time to time. Sometimes someone will send the obit to me and I finish the memorial. Thank You, I'm glad I can help. Have a nice evening

Jacob Hill was buried in Hill Family Cemetery near Dustin ~ I couldn't locate the cemetery. I thought you might know where it is. Thanks

Mollie Herrington Obit
I see you are doing a fabulous job preserving family records from your Bio! Thank you for all your work!
I entered Mollie's info into find-a-grave as I returned from her funeral last week, I haven't scanned a photo in, because I wanted her twin Granddaughters to pick one they liked! . . . which I will do.
She and I were neighbors and dear friends for 40 years.
I'm not sure how this works, when an entry has been duplicated.
Thanks - Lynda Perry

Hi, I cannot find a record to show that John D. Austin's parents were Stephen and Anna Lamb Austin. I do find info leading me to believe his parents were William Austin and Sarah Qualls.

Can you point me in the direction of the book you reference? Thanks so much!

Deborah In Search Of
Alexander Strickland
L D Strickland Confederate pension application says he moved to Ga Dec 24, 1840. There are two applications the second of which says he was born in Fannin County, GA and Union County, GA which might place Alexander there prior to 1850. Here is the link: http://vault.georgiaarchives.org/cdm/compoundobject/collection/TestApps/id/462547/rec/78

2 Stricklad family grave site for your records
I don't know if you have John William or my step grandmother, Julia Whitley Strickland's grave sites for your records or not.
They are both buried at Harrell Grove Church and cemetery in Douglas, Ga. Along with many other Strickland family's graves.
How my grandparents ended up in southeast Ga., from north Ga., I have no idea, nor does any of my cousins that are the siblings of my daddys brother and sisters. Another dead end so far for me to try to find out.
