This set a example and Grave Law in all America!

His first bill he submitted, sponsored, and was passed was the Virginia Cemetery Bill, which forbade any destruction and/or plowing them under of them!

He alone saved the Wild Turkey (Meleagris gallopavo silvestris) from being becoming extinct when he was Chairman of Virginian Wildlife. Yes this is the Bird which the Country TURKEY attained that name. Tom, hen , and poults all.
Benjamin Franklin wanted this as our national Bird.

Laura Margaret Harvey
My Great-Grandmother was Laura Margaret Harvey who married William Henry Sprouse on 20 Mar 1873.Her father's name was Wilson Harvey according to the Virginia marriage records. Her mother's name is listed only as "Lanny". I want to trace the Harvey line but, cannot find Wilson Harvey. Have you any information that would be of assistance to me ?
I would appreciate any help you could provide.
Thank you.

Hi Jonathan,
I just read the message you left on my father's memorial regarding his father, Huron! I do a lot of genealogy in the Amherst/Nelson Counties of VA and was interested in your mother's line. Thank you for your comments and all you do!

I am wondering if you would be willing to transfer memorial # 173864064, Edward N. Paul to me for maintenance. This was my wife's uncle. If you are related I would like to find out how so as well. Thank you for the consideration.

Many thanks for her memorial -what an amazing woman! My sister and I spent years in an Episcopal orphanage - "St John's" in Painesville, Ohio in the care of a well educated "black" nun. She was the only "black" nun, and was very precious to us. She died at age 100. See her memorial, Sister Myrtle Mary Deane # 130795373
