Photo Use Request
Hi Logan! Could I have your permission to use the photo you took for Ethel Mang's memorial? (# 119740735) I'd like to post it for her husband's memorial as well, since they share a monument.

Find A Grave Memorial# 54022414
Please edit the photo you posted on my memorial so that it doesn't appear sideways or delete the photo. This memorial was meant to honor this lady and your photo certainly doesn't add to that honor.
Thank you.

Duplicate Memorials
The following is from the Find A Grave guidelines. Please read and please stop making duplicate memorials.
Before adding a memorial, you should search the cemetery to see if a record with that name has already been added. If you are adding a memorial for someone who does not have a physical grave or memorial marker in a cemetery (perhaps their ashes were scattered), please do a general search on Find A Grave (do not enter a location) to see if a memorial has already been created for that person. If you find a memorial has been added but has incomplete or incorrect information, instead of creating a duplicate memorial you should use the tools provided to submit corrections, additions or a transfer request via the "Suggest A Correction" link under the 'Edit' tab on the upper right of the memorial. You should never deliberately create a duplicate memorial. In regard to duplicates, a memorial with a correct known burial location will always be preferred over an unknown burial location. If a case of duplicate memorials falls to the Administration, the Administration will have the final word on which memorial is deleted and which data will be retained in the remaining memorial page.

Mount Olivet, Great Falls, MT
I just noticed that you are adding memorials to Mount Olivet Cemetery. You are posting duplicates of memorials that have already been posted and you are posting photos of foot stones without the monument stone to show the last name. Please stop and go back and check your work. I have spent approx 6 months trying to get rid of duplicates and incorrect info in this cemetery. You have now posted 99 memorials to the cemetery. The random sampling I looked at had all been previously posted and you are just making duplicates.
Please check the rules of Find A Grave and be sure you are following them.
Thank you.
