Please transfer #93868640 for DoraLee Brightsman. She is my Aunt Mildred's daugher.

Do you know DoraLee? She is the daughter of my Aunt Mildred. I wondering where you got her picture as I don't remember as that picture? Are you related to the Brightsmans or Ormes of Marenisco? Just very curious.

I wonder if you could tell me where you found the information about my great grandfather, John C. Gates. His find a grave page lists you as having been the editor. I wonder in particular how you found his place of birth and his "also known as" of "John Cornelius Sullivan and Charles Gates".
Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for all you do to help out folks on find a grave.

I have transferred this memorial to you.
There seems to be a difference of opinion ref his place of birth. Both the stone and our records indicate he was born in Denmark. I would be more then happy to send you our Interment log if you contact me at email@example.com
However now you have management you can change the place of birth! Have a good week!

Yes, there are often errors in newspapers and also on grave markers, Here are two sources, perhaps you have seen besides the DC Death Index record
The Washington Post, Nov 19, 1917, Deaths Reported has listed
Jean Theis, 27 yrs, Farnsboro Apts.
Also The Washington Post, Nov 18, 1917 page 18
TAKES POISON : SAYS GOOD-By
Mrs John H Theis Dies from Effects of Carbolic Acid
Ill from a nervous disease, Mrs Jean Theis, wife of John H Theis, a magazine circulator, took carbolic acid in her apartment at the Farnsboro, Florida avenue and Decatur street northwest, yesterday.
Coroner Nevitt, after hearing the testimony of Mrs Theis' colored maid, that the woman had told her of taking the poison and bade her good-by, rendered a verdict of death by suicide. Mrs Theis was 27 years old and came to Washington from Chicago 18 months ago.

Thanks for you edit request for George. I have been able to verify his birth date, but not his place of death. Do you have any support for the place of death being Elizabeth, Union County, New Jersey?
