I have a passion for genealogy. Searching for my ancestors is such a fun hobby. I am hoping that my good deeds of adding information on other families, will someday be rewarded by someone posting some of my missing pieces. Good luck to all! |
I am interested in anyone with the last name of WISECUP.

You posted a grave picture for a Josiah Matheny. Do you have any other information concerning him or any Matheny's?
Nope, she doesn't want any managing rights. If you are trying to dispose of them, send 'em this way.
No, these guys are NOT in my tree. I was only helping out a friend. Thanks, though.
Much to my horror, I have no actual record of J.A. VanPelt marrying Lucinda Skeen! Here's what I have by way of 1860, 1870, 1880 federal census records:
The couple have these children listed to Hester and Joseph:
Jane, Elizabeth, John, William, Andy, Joseph, Ann, Margaret, James C., Elmira, Kate M., and Lorenzo D.

Humm. I know about Lucinda but not Esther/Hester. Lucinda was married to Joseph. Let me do a little hunt on Jacob and Esther/Hester and get back to you about it.

I have eight my grandmother is Mabel Irene Wisecup
My grandmother is a wisecup and is the daughter of Milton and Cordelia wisecup
Okay, now I see it! Hester appears to have the very same children with Jacob VanPelt and Joseph VanPelt.
Not Jacob (# 129117828) with wife Hester (# 96012443), but Joseph (# 96012400)
and his wife Lucinda (# 93418791). She would have been 5 for their first born. Let me do a little hunting and get back to you about a possible first wife.

Hi Patti! I just wanted to let you know I linked Ralph to Denver and Mattie. Thanks and have a good day. Amy
