Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been doing family tree research since the late 1970's.
I am most interested in the Southern Illinois area.

Evelyn McCracken of Bond County, Illinois was my second cousin, and mentor, who got me hooked.

I am always interested in sharing info.

RE: Elizabeth Knoebel Essenpreis
St Paul church records
Her husband Leon's obit lists her as Knebel also states they lived on the farm of Sebastian Knebel
when they first married.
Also the death certificates of her sons Philip died 1924 and son Fred died 1934 both list their mother as Elizabeth Knebel. You make the choice
