I started doing this because I was wanting photos for my family tree on Ancestry.com. Other volunteers from across the country were taking photos for me so I decided I wanted to "pay it forward" too. Then my 2 daughters joined in on the fun and it's become our weekend "thing". It's so peaceful to walk the graves and interesting to see the history.
