Bio and Links
Bio Photo Hello.

I am in Michigan. I am not related to 99.999% of my entries, but have added them with the hope that other researchers who have come to a dead end may be helped. With respect to those entries, I have no other information available as I have tried to include as much info as I have.

PROCEDURES FOR LINKS, ADDING OR CHANGING INFO, TRANSFERS:

Please do not be offended, but for a number of reasons, including the volume of requests, I transfer memorials in accordance with Find A Grave's published guidelines. If you request a transfer, please be sure to include your relationship to the person who is the subject of the memorial. I cannot respond to transfer requests for all memorials with the same surname in a cemetery or to requests for a large number of memorials with the same surname.

If there are entries which need to be linked, please send the info to me via the correction/EDIT option or Suggest a Change (SAC) in the upper right corner and I will add the links. Also, if you would like me to add information to a memorial, please forward the relevant info via the SAC option for the quickest response.

If there is information in a memorial concerning a living person which you would like removed, please send me a request via the SAC option.

PLEASE DO NOT send transfer requests, relationship links or additional information for memorials via the public messages option. I do not make changes sent to my profile page. PLEASE USE THE EDIT TAB LOCATED IN THE UPPER RIGHT CORNER OF THE MEMORIAL.

OBITUARIES: Find A Grave has updated its policy concerning the use of obituaries in memorials (See: "Can I add an obituary to my interment listing?" under the Frequently Asked Questions section). If you send a request asking that an obituary be added, please be sure to confirm in your message that you have complied with the policy or I will not be able to add it.

Generally, I do not link to unknown burials. Nor do I add raw US Census or similar records, preferring instead to add information in sentences.

Many thanks for the kind notes, thank yous, flowers and tokens which are left on the memorials. It is rewarding to know that my work has helped someone.

Thank you.

Arthur Jarvie
Hi,

I was wondering if you wouldn't mind transferring Arthur Jarvie, # 133371702, to me as he is my grandpa. Thank you!

Thank you for catching that extra letter I put in there. Actually when looking at the other family tombstones with last names on them, the name is HEMENWAY. That spelling is also on the concrete surround (please refer to Find A Grave entries). Probably all the entries should be corrected or at least noted.

Still waiting for edits to be approved regarding my grandparents Herman and Anna Stark.

How long does it normally take for approval?

Christine Seid Schnierle
I am a descendant of Christine Seid Schnierle via Elsa Wilhemina Schnierle Sell (also on findagrave.com). I was curious where you got her birth and death dates -- familysearch.org only had "about 1830" kind of thing.

Thank you for inputting all these records! I have a LOT of family there, and because of your hard work, I can actually find them all now. Some were missing in other compilations of these records, but I find them all now. I truly want you to know this makes SUCH a great difference! Thank you again!

Find A Grave Memorial# 31142537
Hello,
This particular memorial might be my 4th GGM Mary McClave nee Bromley. Your record indicates she was born in NY. Although my Mary McClave immigrated to NYC, records indicate she was born in Ireland. Any information that might help me determine if this is the same person would be appreciated.
Thank you,
Terri Treacy

Transfer of Michael and Ada McMahon Slater
Would you be willing to transfer Memorial #179041261 and Memorial #179041145? They are my great grandparents. Their daughter Mary Regina Slater is my paternal grandmother. Thanks!

Mary Hannah Ann Hooper 38079182
The Find A Grave memorial for Mary Hannah Hooper lists her maiden name as "Mundy." I am having a problem making a connection to the Mundy family. My research points to "May" as her mainden name. I believe Mary Hannah to be the daughter of Richard May (Memorial 116983139) and Mary Ann Nancarrow
(Memorial 98940973),my maternal great-great grandmother. That would make me some kind of a cousin several times removed.

I believe Mary Ann McDonald, daughter of John A. & Margaret (McNaughton) McDonald was the first wife of John McDowell Find A Grave 167552177. After his death she married William Henry Fennel.
