Bio and Links
I encountered Find A Grave years ago while surfing the net one day on some Hollywood greats, when I came across Clark Gable's memorial. Getting interested in the photos featured, I started browsing names and there they were: Fernandel, David Niven, Rita Hayworth...I was impressed to see such a keen index of so many deceased persons, even though at that time it amounted to only a couple of thousands!

Although I kept visiting the site from time to time, I did not join in immediately as a member. When I did, I used to leave a couple of messages, but creating memorials seemed a bit difficult. The first one came following the death of my Great Aunt, Sr. Teresa Orlando rscj., in 2002.

Eventually, FAG became for me a special point of reference. It did take me quite a time to collect all the information posted here, especially when it relates all the biographies featured. Naturally, in order to be able to present here all these profiles and photos, I have been in touch across the years, with several dioceses, provinces, and archive collections from all over the world. Naming all the sources is virtually impossible, but I have to mention Mr. Salvador Miranda, creator of "The Cardinals of the Holy Roman Church" Digital Resource.

Researchers might find a number of interesting profiles in my entries, including a full Necrology of all the late members of the Mid-West Augustinian Province and the Western Dominican Province, which I added across the years thanks to the great support and help received from Brother Thomas Taylor OSA., and the late Father Fabian Stan Parmisano OP., (1926 - 2009). Other entries include all the Dominican Friars interred at Rosaryville, Ponchatoula, Louisiana. These Friars belonged to the Midwestern Dominican Province of the USA. Most of the Dominican Friars affiliated with this Province buried at All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines, Illinois, can be also found in another Virtual Cemetery of mine.

I always try to remember people who in their humbleness worked and took care of many, in silence, for whom history has left little or no space. Hoping you might find some of the memorials to your interest, I wish above all, that they might be also appreciated by others or remembered in prayers.

Cardinal Dias
Hi Eman,

I transfered Cardinal Dias to you. Maybe you will have better luck getting him as famous. For some reason, my bio was denied. Unless, Cardinals are no longer considered famous.

RE: Father Constantin
My Pleasure - I just had to wait for the Chapel to be opened. It is opened *very* infrequently so I took a chance on Memorial day and it was open!

92913667 Ngo Dinh Thi Hiep
Hello there,

I believe you have the name on this memorial in an incorrect format and order. Also, using Vietnamese characters makes it harder for people to search for the names unless they are using the proper format, as well as some browsers and email carriers do not support Vietnamese characters.

Hiep is the first name, Thi is the middle name, Dinh Ngo is the last name. The Westerners have the habit of using the last name as the first name, which is incorrect. In Viet Nam, the names are backward, but since this website is in English, the names should be reversed. For instance, Ho Chi Minh is actually Minh Chi Ho; Ngo Dinh Diem is actually Diem Dinh Ngo; Vo Nguyen Giap is actually Giap Nguyen Vo. Also, "Elisabeth" is not a Vietnamese name, that is a baptismal name bestowed upon Catholic Vietnamese and is not formally used unless it relates to church matters or upon their death when it is usually added before the name of the decedent on a gravestone.

Hopefully this helps and you will reconsider revising the name on this memorial.

Gap Road Cemetery
I have added around 59 priests buried at Gap Road Cemetery in Wimbledon, who I believe were all based at the Society of Jesus at Wimbledon College.
