Ah Hah! It makes sense that you should know, since she was your grandmother. I think the proper thing to do would be to leave the memorial that is in Inglewood (at least for now) because if it gets deleted, someone is sure to create another memorial for her. Not because of the presence of a headstone (I did confirm today that it is gone, of course) but because Inglewood's online grave locator has been, and is still being, used by members of this site to create memorials. That locator still indicates that she is buried there. I asked them to change it (they confirmed with the records in the vault that she was indeed disinterred) but I was told that they couldn't change it in that particular database.
Nearly half of the Inglewood memorials were created by Chris Mills using Inglewood's online grave locator, and they have been turned over to me for management. Other contributors still seem to be adding memorials using that database.
So for the time being, I will indicate in the bio section the information you gave me.
If you would really prefer that the Inglewood memorial be deleted, let me know, because the only way it can be deleted is if I let Chris Mills know about this, and transfer it back to him. He is the only one (besides the site admins) who can delete it.

Hello Brent. Thank you for the information. It is interesting that the cemetery's own website does not indicate that her remains were removed (there is a column to indicate "Y" or "N" as to whether remains have been removed from the cemetery). I will ask at the office; they should update the website if Myrtle was removed.
I will have the memorial at Inglewood designated a cenotaph, because if I remove it, someone else may add it back in!
I'll let you know what I find out and I'll take a photo if there is still a headstone.
