There seems to be a FLAW in the way the new edits are being done, spouses are coming up in bright RED UNKNOWN, & recently found another with the location of death, when in FACT it is RIGHT, I have had this happen when I send edits also, hopefully this can be fixed. I have been saving the spouse # and re-adding it after the edit is done. I'm afraid this error is taking a lot of correct information off unfortunately.|
PLEASE use the EDIT to ask for transfers, with your ID # and the PHOTO REQUEST if you want a photo of the stone for EACH person listed. I try to get other family near the one requested in case they are not already listed, but if they are already listed it is nice if you also request them. I print off the requests from the computer, and the "notes" don't show if you ask for other family members. If there are a lot of requests only the ones listed might be taken when it's a quick stop. You have my permission to use my photos of the stones for your family records.
It is my wish that everyone is remembered, this is my way of helping make it happen. We all will make mistakes, I'm happy to make changes and transfer loved ones always hoping that you can add to their memorials. I just want to help, when I find more information and send an edit, it is sad when that isn't added. I am so thankful for the ones that put family of ours on, some we had no idea where were, so you can see what a blessing Find A Grave has been.
I know it's important to have "facts", some think an official document such as birth, marriage or death certificate is correct. Sadly that is NOT always correct. There will always be conflicting information. Don't get upset when there is an error, just do your best to try to have it corrected, when there is another source, add the information in a note for one or the other. Try to always be nice, this site is great to help find our roots and follow all the branches. :) Genealogy = Confusing the dead and annoying the living.-by Unknown Author. I'm sure I "annoy" quite a few. I use ~ to mean not just now, but always~

I was thinking, all the way to the bottom of the page for accept, then i looked. of course you would go all the way to the bottom of the page. you have over 18000 memorial. i might get 10 a week total. i pass most my new memorials to someone else that deals with it. i do things backwards of everyone else. i take the photo first, then go from there. take care, d.
Edit processed-I thought I had taken care of that before!
|Dwaine Desselle||Lot numbers|
I had to stop doing corrections. It just got to be too much. in 2 years time, i have close to 7000 correcting and with slower computers, it just got to aggravating. I go to ohio every year for the sprint car races at night and in the daytime, i film Dayton National and Ohio Western.
Most all can be found in the National Gravesite Locator. Being that Dayton is only 30 Percent, i Just started shooting sections. i photographed all the columns, section 41, 40, 39, 37, 36, last half of 31, 22, and half of 18.
Both Baker's were in section 36. I have posted lot numbers for both of them. take care, d.
Thank you for the obituary that you located for Charles. I appreciate your effort ever so much.
His wife was part of my grandmother's family.
Thanks so much, Roberta
Always happy to help you!!
