Bio Photo I'm addicted to Genealogy so my wife says. I've been doing it for about fifteen years. Taking pictures of all the kin I never got to meet. We were told we were the last of the Reece's "NOT"!! I started out with about ten names and have over six thousand five hundred. I'm really glad there are people who will help you with your research. FindAGrave is another tool for newcomers to Genealogy and Veterans. If you find any errors or would like for us to correct the info that was supplied to us please use the edit tab then the suggest a correction (SAC) bar. My brother Jim & Rosa King and I are currently working on all the NC Vietnam KIA/MIA's Grave sites. After 8 years of searching, we've located all of the resting places and pictures for these brave men & women who paid the ultimate price, over 1900 of them. This doesn't mean we are idle. The search for all Vietnam KIA/MIA's goes on !
A veteran who has served honorably in a time of war may bear the title of the highest grade held during that war. This right is conferred by Congress in law by 10 US Code 772 Section (e) .

Thank you so much. She was a distant relative. Much appreciated.

BTW, I noticed your name on several Newkirk memorials. Are you perhaps related or just live in the area?

Thanks again,

Trying to find Bell Family
As you know, the Bell's and Reece's family are intertwined, and I thought you may be able to help. I am having trouble finding Jack Bell and Alice Winberry Bell's graves. A few people I talked with said some of the Bells, though named John, went by Jack, so I'M curious if maybe the 2 graves I'M looking for are the John S. Bell and Alice Bell in Ward Cemetery. My family is from the Ebin and Ella Bell's that owned land near the Triangle Post gate of Camp Lejeune. I'M pretty sure Ebin M. Bell was from the other side of the family. It is real confusing having a Ebin Bell on both sides of the family, and easy to get the 2 mixed up. Any information you can gather would be appreciated.

Thank You so very much for taking the time and effort to post the Vann's grave markers....they provide a lot of information, and a great help to those of us not in the area.
Your time is greatly appreciated.

Thank you so much for adding a photo to his memorial! I wore his POW/MIA bracelet for years. When it wore out and broke in two I got another one. So nice to see what he looked like. I did come across another person via internet who also wore his he is not forgotten.
