Raised on a farm in Christian County, Illinois. Lived in Sangamon County for six and a half years. We now live in Christian County again.

Always enjoyed "Decorating Day", as we travelled to three local cemeteries to lay flowers on the graves of relatives. Every year, we were told: This is your grandmother, or this is my great grandfather. A basic intro to the family tree. Still have interest in tracking down those missing limbs in the tree.

Still love to walk old cemeteries and take pictures. Very familiar with at least four cemeteries in the Edinburg, Illinois area. Have also been to numerous other cemeteries in Christian, Sangamon and Macon counties or know where to find them.
