Margaret B. Brede Adair
I have corrected the burial place for Margaret Adair. She is now in the First Presbyterian Memorial Gardens in Ypsilanti, MI instead of Ann Arbor! Thank you for pointing out that error.

Memorial Park in Memphis

You have requested a grave photo at Memorial Park Cemetery in Memphis. This cemetery is quite large and without a plot location it is near impossible to just stumble upon a requested grave.
I am happy to try to fulfill your request though if you will contact the office and ask for the plot location.
Just let me know, or post the plot on the memorial and I will try to fulfill it in the near future
The office can be reached at (901) 767-8930

If you would contact Queen's Park Cemetery and get a section row plot description for this memorial I would be able to get a photo for you once the snow has cleared in Calgary. If I make too many requests they are reluctant to advise me. There are 10s of 1000s of graves there and I need a location description within the cemetery make productive use of my time... Thanks

Henry Eugene Bearden
Mr. Bearden went to Memphis Tech High School and was a senior in the 1939 class. Our Student Alumni is very proud that he has accomplished. His professional baseball success has caused others to try to strive more.

He is a hero to many Tech High members for that success, but even more than that, the Tech High School members call him a hero because, five years earlier, he had been seriously injured in battle in World War II. Serving in the United States Navy aboard the USS Helena in the Pacific Theater of Operations, he was working in the engine room of the light cruiser when it was struck by three Japanese torpedoes on July 6, 1943, during the Battle of Kula Gulf. [1] Forced to abandon ship as the Helena sank, Bearden fell from a ladder on the deck and sustained a fractured skull and a crushed kneecap; hospitalized until early 1945, he underwent surgeries that inserted metal plates in his head and knee to treat his injuries. This is just a little from Wikipedia.

I hope you will consider adding this information to his obituary.

Thank you,

St. Pius /St. Joseph
There is a photo on the find a grave home page for St. Pius of a large concrete cross with a bronze plaque on it. The plaques says the name was changed from St. Jpseph to St. Pius on July 1 1972 which is why the death certificate would say St. Joseph. Hope that clears the confusion for you. The memorial I created is in the correct cemetery.

I don't know about the one in St. joseph. I took my photo in St. Pius which was originally St. Joseph in Mt. Pleasant. the other memorial is all the way in Connellsville. I know where I was when I took my photo and the memorial was made from the information on the stone. She was not buried in Connellsville even the death certificates says Mt. Pleasant.
