thanks for the heads up of the duplicate memorial...unfortunately the memorial that is in the correct cemetery always has precedence over one in the wrong cemetery. I've sent a message over to the other contributor and have asked her to delete her memorial...thanks again...much appreciated.
Thanks for bringing Hannah's birth year to my attention. It was a typo on my part.

Transfer done. I hope someday you'll find Germaine and can make a link for Edmund. So many of these young men died just before or right after marrying. An even larger number had barely finished school. So young and so brave. All were heroes, including your cousin Edmund.

Thank you so much for the touching tribute to Eddie's wife, Germaine. So good of you to want it included in his memorial - and I absolutely agree, as I'm sure Eddie would.
Come to think of it, would you like to have management of his memorial? I'll be glad to give it to you so that you can link him to his family, add photos, etc. I want all of 'my' mariners with family eventually and you're Eddie's family. The only thing I ask is that you leave the story of what happened to him and his shipmates intact - so many MM families were never told exactly what had happened. Let me know and I'll transfer immediately. If you decide not to, you can still add photos and between us we can link him to any of his family on findagrave. For now, best wishes for a happy holiday season to you and yours.
