|Linnea Perris||How to Contact Cemetery|
I would like to contact the cemetery. Where do I write or call?
Mennonite Meeting House Cemetery

I am trying to see if Moses Shontz's, Memorial No.8994295, wife Elizabeth Erb Shontz is buried there.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

I believe this may be Margaret E (Weimire) Ramsey born 1846, died 1903. Married to Jacob George Ramsey, born 1846, died 1923. Mother to 9 children. That would make her my great-great-grandmother. Can you confirm with any other nearby stones/markers? I'm in Florida, so checking isn't that easy for me.
|Chris ||East Farmington Cemetery Memorials|
Hello Pamela: I sent you a lengthy email on August 2nd but I never got a response. Here is the email I sent: Hello Pamela:
I've noticed that you are the manager for many of the memorials in East Farmington Cemetery in Farmington Hills. I am working on East Farmington with the woman who originally compiled the master list for the cemetery. She and I have been working together for the past three years on Quaker Cemetery and Oakwood Cemetery in Farmington. We are updating the master list for both of those cemeteries. I have researched the families buried there and photographed both cemeteries.
Now, we are focusing our attention on East. I am researching all the families buried in East now and photographing the entire cemetery for her, the Farmington Genealogical Society, the Farmington Historical Society, the city and library. We are updating the master list and map, linking family members and collecting as much data as we can for the Heritage Room at the Farmington Hills Library.
I am hoping that you will be willing to transfer your East memorials to me so that I can add all the information I have on the families buried there. I have all of Laura's memorials now and another memorial manager in East transferred her memorials to me. It would really help me out a lot to be able to manager your memorials.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. Regards, Chris

In Butler county. Can you tell me more about it? I never realized there was Mennonites in Butler county. Is there still a church there they use? I am curious to know more.
