Bio and Links
Bio Photo I've only been doing research for a couple of decades but my husband has been looking on and off since "Roots" was on tv. I've followed my mother's line back to a Mayflower passenger and my father's to William Shakespeare's grandfather. I've followed my mom's ancestors back to a minor royal and also the original Dutch settlers of New Amsterdam. In fact the area of Manhatten known as Flatbush today is where his farm was. I even found the document describing the purchase. You never know what you'll find in your family tree!

RE: luke Milk
I'm not familiar with this family so I'm not aware of the correct spelling but looking at the stones about half of them are spelled Milk and the others are spelled Milks. I looked further and I found census records, marriage records, draft registrations & death certificates that support both spellings. I would guess that at some point the name changed. I'm going to leave the spelling the same on the memorials. If you have information to the contrary just let me know. Thanks, Tammy

John O Bartlett
I found on a memorial it said you gave info on the memorial #88193245. I was looking for a Mary Barnes that was married to a John Wesley Bartlett.
Can you help me to know if John O is really John Wesley?
