I have been researching my family history for many years. It started when I found out my father was adopted. He would not let us do any research to find information out about his biological family so I let it go for a long time. Many years later he had a massive stroke and eventually agreed to let me kick it up a notch. I was able to find out a lot about his family's medical history through death certificates and research. That being said I am mainly researching the following family names Deckman, Dieringer, Smith (West Virginia - Ohio County and Ohio - Stark County), Chilcote, and Volden.

Hi Suzanne, Can you please remove the gravestone picture for Jacob Maechtle Sr., Memorial #13620954. This stone actually belong to his son, Jacob Maechtle, Jr., Mem. #8263812. It's very confusing because their names are the same and dates of death are only a year apart.
Thanks so much, Julie
|Timothy Stepp||Baby Boy Chilcote|
My grandmother was Elsie Fern Stepp, and I believe her parents where Chilcote. baby Boy Chilcote was in my family information past on to me from My parents.

Hi Suzanne, have not been able to find any additional emails from you, if you have already sent them. Sorry! Julie

Thank you so much for the photos of the gravestones of Jacob & Wilhelmine Maechtle! I can see that the stones have sunk quite a bit since I saw them several years ago, so I appreciate you getting the pictures before they sink completely :( Julie
|Grammy's Daughter||Golda and Carolyn Collins|
Thank you so much for the grave photos.
Carolyn and her mother (my grandmother) died within a year of each other during a short period of time that the family lived in Milwaukee. I have never been to Milwaukee, and I don't think my mother's family returned after moving away to be close to family who could help the young widower take care of his daughter.
