Bio and Links
Bio Photo Hi there,

I live in Mississippi and have been researching my family history off and on for about 10 years now. I love uncovering new ancestors and finding new cousins. Cemeteries have fascinated me since I was a little girl so I'm glad my daughter-in-law told me about this site. I've spent a lot of time in local cemeteries copying tombstones and will try to load them all on here as time allows.

Surnames I am researching are: Schmidt/Smith, Sartin, Townsend, Wilson, Mason, Rutland, May, Farley, Barnes, Brister, Owens, Magee, Ingram, Williams, Boyanton, Jordan, Bridges, Galbreth, Carouth, Crosby, Walker, Jones, Allgood, Case, Stewart, Hunt, and four to five more Smith lines. I'll be more than happy to share and compare any information I have.

Please let me know if I have any mistakes that need to be corrected.

Take care,

Patti

Walter Sylvester Williams
Walter Sylvester Williams, memorial 18083288, was a member of my mother's Bishop family.

If he was not a member of your family, would you please consider transferring his memorial to me? I have tried through the edit tab on his memorial to get it transferred. Don't know if there was a problem in receiving the request.

Thank you, Carolyn (47384868)

RE: Jones
Patti, I wish I could tell you that our Sarah was the one you are trying to match. But, we have no further info on Sarah Jones. She was born and grew up in Wayne Co, MS and we have nothing to connect her to the Lawrence Co Sarah Jones. She didn't seem to travel to LA and on to TX with her parents so we have totally lost track of her. With the Wayne Co being a burned courthouse, we seem to be up a creek on learning anything more.

Florence Starns Williamson
Patti: The marker has completely different name than what is listed.

The marker has Florence Starns Williamson etched on it. For sure she is the wife of Fred Williamson born 12-16-1895 and died 3-19-1980. Don't know where the odd maiden name of Florence came from.

Please change for the Starns family.

Thank you so much. Vivian Marshall Runnels

Hi Patti,

Freeman Jones was my 5th G-Grandfather. The Jones line comes all the way down to my mother Beverly K. Jones. I am interest in whatever information you might have on Freeman, including pictures if any.
