You have to have faith to progress in life. Dig deep for your roots. You never know just with whom your lines might tangle with.
MANY THANKS TO jrrmr910 For sponsoring my Dad, Kenneth Wayne Johnson Sr. Brother, Kenneth Wayne Jr. and Mothers', Sue Kathryn Robinson Johnson pages. It is much appreciated.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE USE THE EDIT CORRECTION TAB ON THE TOP RIGHT OF EACH MEMORIAL PAGE TO GET CORRECTIONS DONE QUICKER!!!!!
My main lines of research are Johnson and Robinson(ROBERSON/ROBERTSON) from Alabama/TN/GA. My secondary lines are Russell(AL), Cowan(AL/TN), Hammon(AL), Crow, Brown and Barnhart(OH) JUST to name a few.
Then on my late husband's lines I am searching for: Carroll and Burkhalter as his main lines. Secondary for him are: Lawlis, Rylee, Bare, Logan, Garvin and Lockett. Most are from Texas.
Then on my children's paternal side, I am researching Patterson, McKay, Deen and several others.
So if you might be researching any of these lines, shoot me an email and lets chat.
I have several more adopted family members I am also researching. So many names are of interest to me.
If I have made a memorial for your loved one, I am more than likely willing to transfer them to you AS LONG AS YOU TELL ME HOW THEY FIT IN YOUR FAMILY LINE GOING BY FIND A GRAVE RULES ON ASKING FOR A TRANSFER.
"How do I get a relative's memorial transferred to me? First, Determine if you really need the memorial transferred to you for management. Transferring of management should only be requested If you have extensive changes to make to a memorial. You can add photos and suggest corrections without having to request management. Simply having someone in your family tree is not grounds for a management transfer request. With hundreds of thousands of contributors, we have many overlapping family trees and it would be impossible for all contributors to manage their entire tree. Second, Transfer requests should be for direct relatives within four generations. This would be your siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren." I do not appreciate transferring a memorial just to find out you deleted it and started a new
I will gladly add your information to the memorial to update it. PLEASE SEND YOUR MEMBER # WHEN ASKING FOR TRANSFERS!!!!!
I am willing to do Wichita County TX and Cotton County OK at least.

How did you determine his mother was named Mary? I'm researching a Marquis H. Russell born ca. 1835 in AL, first married in 1850 Census in Jefferson Co., AL to Mary, born SC, age 29, Marquis is 25. Children are John 9, Susanna 7, James A. 4, and Lorcy (Joyce) 6/12mos. In 1860 he is 33, Mary is 48, John D. is 17, Susan E. is 15, and James A. is 13, Joyce is 10. Marquis bought land in Blount/Jefferson Cos. 3/1/1858 from US Govt. An M. H. was in CW, can't find any of above in 1870 census. In 1880 he is in Ozark Co., MO with wife named Jane (Lucretia Jane b. ca 1835 in Blount Co. to James Brasseole. In his household in 1850 & 60 census) with numerous children but none same name as those with Mary. Do you think, from your research John Daniel could be Marquis' son, John D. born ca 1841/43? This is not my line of Russells but am attempting to help a descendant of Marquis. Thank you for any help you could give me. Lucy Brown, firstname.lastname@example.org

Kathy - thanks so much for the photo's of the Krumm family headstone/markers. I really appreciate the volunteers that help me with the photo's I've requested now and in the past. (I submitted photo's for the Krumm family in Iowa). Would you happen to know if there were additional family members around this Krumm headstone? I thought maybe there is by the plot numbers mentioned - looks like 10 and 11 are missing. Thanks again, SMFrench
Thank you for adding the photos of the Wroten family gravestones.
