Life is not measured By the number of breaths we take, But by the moments That take our breath
Flowers and Tokens are very much welcome.
The Marine fights not because he hates whats in front of him,but because he loves what is behind him
Always a silent hurt,
many a silent tear,
but always a beautiful memory
of one we loved so dear.
God gave us strength to bear it,
and courage to take the blow,
but what it meant to lose you
...no one will ever know.
A LIMB HAS FALLEN
A limb has fallen from the family tree.
I keep hearing a voice that says, "Grieve not for me.
Remember the best times, the laughter, the song.
The good life I lived while I was strong.
Continue my heritage, I'm counting on you.
Keep smiling and surely the sun will shine through.
My mind is at ease, my soul is at rest.
Remembering all, how I truly was blessed.
Continue traditions, no matter how small.
Go on with your life, don't worry about falls
I miss you all dearly, so keep up your chin.
Until the day comes we're together again.

May I add a death certificate to a person's memorial page?
Death certificates may be added via the "Add a photo" button on the memorial page. Please select the option for "Other" in the "Type of photo:" to be added, as it is not a Grave, Person or Family photograph. NOTE: Death certificates do not necessarily contain completely accurate information about the deceased. There are often errors regarding the final burial location (as well as other data).

It really bothers me that some people go out and take all these pictures and put info on find a grave without any info as the person does not even belong to them and then they wont transfer as they say you are not a direct line , well I am one that if that person is not related to me I am more than willing for anyone to have it to put information on so others can find it.. So keep that in mind if you ask for a transfer be willing to transfer back and not always follow the guidelines that you have to be DIRECT relative. Sometime there is no one left to put the information on find a grave...
Remember TRUE genealogists help one another.. Good Hunting.....

Information on Adam as father was from Elisabeth's death record (online). It could be incorrect. I have sent an edit request to Find a Grave to link her with parents David and Mary Poe.

P.S. I just want to THANK YOU for the MANY fine memorials you have created. Since 1/8th of the Irish in Calvary/Holy Cross are my kin (or so it seems), you've saved everyone lots of researching. Sincere gratitude from the ancestors and myself :)

Hello there. Yes, as crazy as it sounds, she was baptized Dec 28, 1840 at Keel, Achill, Co Mayo. This line of "White/Williams" sure had longevity! And the women never spoke of age or even cared. The niece-informant had no idea when her birth was (per d/cert). Thanks for asking for clarification.
|Richard Falzini||Giovanni Lesti|
I think my profile was made first for Giovanni.
It appears that someone has come along and made a second memorial for him using his Americanized name John.
My site has more and factual information which you can see on my website, www.castelnuovodiportogenealogy.com
Just search there on my site for Giovanni Lesti I believe 1893-1913, his father is Salvatore Lesti 1867.

Yes, please add his photo. A military photo is special.
|Brian DesErmia||Clare Charles Waters #99881007|
My opinion would be not to post the photo unless your sure it is actually him. Clare is not that far gone that someone out there, friends or family, should have photos of him. I didn't know Clare and wouldn't know what he looked like.
Normally I don't have any problem with people who post a photo. I appreciate you asking my opinion.

My GG Aunt, Adele Ziegler's gravesite in Oak Hill Memorial Park, San Jose, Caliornia was listed on Find A Grave in 2914. Find A Grave Memorial #133358293. You have duplicated it as Find A Grave Memorial# 169458402. Her name was mispelled by the family member giving the information. She is buried next to her mother in a 6-place family plot.

Yes, I have his death record, thanks! Between the alcoholism and the attempted suicide, I'd say he was pretty depressed. The Andrew Krasovic at the bottom, the informant, is my great great grandfather. They were half brothers, both lost their fathers at a young age. Andrew left his wife and three children around 1917 and was never heard from again. I'm trying to find out where he went, this is the last thing I could find, the 1920 census being the piece before. I found his passenger record a few years back and visited Slovenia last fall. That's where I found out all of the information on his family. This geneology stuff is non-stop! I am addicted. Thanks again!
