RE: sponsorship
Hi Diane,
Thanks for the many contributions you make!
I am continuing to work on the Mengels....they are down one of my more mysterious lines. If you are ok transferring, I would appreciate as I would like to add bio info & update & connect family members as I search for the family and how they arrived here.
BTW, there are duplicate memorials someone has made in 2017 for two of the family members. I sent an email to the Find A Grave member but not certain what happens if he refuses to remove the memorials he added years after you added the Mengels....
Kindest thanks,

RE: Charles Adler
Thanks for the plot photo! If you get the chance to return, could I ask if you can take individual shots of each marker in the plot? I can post photo requests if you prefer.

Elbert Rhodes # 6542823
I don't know what happened to my previous inquiry--I'll blame it on the computer having " a spell"
May I use the grave photo that you contributed to the Find A Grave Memorial for Elbert Rhodes, to post on the Vermont Civil War site? (
He was credited to Vermont for his service during the Civil War.
You will receive credit for this.
Thank you for your consideration.

Sarah Rachel Alexander
Thank you for the photo of this gravestone. It is not the Sarah I was hoping for, but it does help by ruling her out. I don't know if you are aware that there is a later memorial for her but as Rachel Sarah, rather than Sarah Rachel.
Again, thank you,

Colma home of Peace Henry Levy
Henry Levy was my 2nd great grandfather. He died in 1872 not 1892 as listed on the Find-a -Grave site. This is confirmed in the San Francisco Chronicle . He was born 1819-1820 as suggested by his age at death, which would have been 73 years of age if your date was correct.
I have had the Hebrew translated. It incorrectly states that his father was Jonathan Levy. Thus I looked in London for Jonathan Levy for 12 years. The Times of London correctly lists Henry's death Dec 11, 1972 his father being Jonas not Jonathan. It appeared Feb 6, 1873.
Constance Grave was from St Thomas, West Indies. She was his wife but not my 2nd great grandmother.
