Thelma McDonald Passed away June 28, 2014 as the result of a stroke. She had improved somewhat but never went beyond a certain point and she went very suddenly. I am her sister and will be taking over all her memorials. My FAG ID is 46598967. She enjoyed Find a grave so much and she made so many nice friends. It filled a void since she was unable to do much for several years. I want to thank all of you for your kindness towards her and know that she appreciated all of you. |

Has Thelma passed away? Are you now the owner of the family tree?
Iím not sure what information I sent to Thelma. Do you have my book, Last Train to El Paso--the mysterious unsolved murder of a cattle baron? It is a history of activities of Thomas Jefferson Coggin in connection with James B. Miller from 1894 to Millerís lynching on April 19, 1909 and beyond in detail up to late February 1918. If you do not have it you can order a signed copy at www.LastTrain2ElPaso.com.

I am the author of Last Train to El Paso--the mysterious unsolved murder of a cattle baron. The book is nonfiction--western history. It is about the murder of Thomas Lyons, owner of the largest ranch in the US in 1917 when he was murdered in El Paso by conspirators, two of whom were your relatives, Thomas Jefferson Coggin and Caswell Millard Coggin. I will be speaking about them at the Wild West History Association annual conference in Fort Worth on July 13.

I was once married into the Lawrence family and remember Glayds being so nice to me and my son. I was wondering about her daughter. I can't remember her name, but would like to contact her. Its been a long time. Thank you.
|Frank Zwolinski||A source, please|
I saw that you left a memorial on the Find A Grave Memorial (#50520566) page for Admiral Robert Bentham Simons, who commanded the USS Raleigh (CL-7) during the bombing of Pearl Harbor. I wonder if you have a source for a photo of the man. The reason I want it is because my father, Frank John Zwolinski, Sr. served under him on the Raleigh and I am writing a story of my father's career. If you have any source for me I would appreciate hearing from you.
Thank you in advance,

Hi, my sister was Michaela Nichole Phillips, and Thelma left a message on her obituary every year for her birthday. (Thank you so much!!) I was wondering where she was from?
I had no idea that Thelma had passed away. We photographed several of the Parker family grave sites here in SE Arizona. Some of these are in very remote areas near the border. I understand that the Parkers were homesteaders and must have been some tough folks. God bless you Thelma! You were so patient with me when we had difficulty finding a grave out in old Apache country. You are home now. Mary Russell, your name is the same as my maiden name. I'm now doing research on the clan from Browning, Sullivan County, MO. Any connection to your family?

Are you kin to the Leland B. Coggin... Find A Grave memorial #3967915 ? I ask because I was trying to associate Mary Louise Furr Coggin (memorial # 14755554) to her husband's memorial. My grand-aunt Eunice Mae Furr Morris was a sister to Louise.

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul:
he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.
