I reside in New York State. My husband has been helping me with the genealogy of our Families. We started looking for lost relatives of my Mother and Father's family and by accident came across 'Find A Grave'. It is such a wonderful web site. Everyone is so helpful. The 'Find A Gravers' are incredible for creating the Memorials and taking pictures of the final resting places of our relatives and friends. Otherwise, we would not know where some relatives or friends are buried. Just think--soon all the cemeteries will be documented!!!
One thing we learned is there is a lot of information out there on the Web. Finding the information is the easy part. The hard part is researching the information and deciding what is the right family information. This is very time consuming.
Even more amazing I found that my sister-in-law, Scotdeerie, is a volunteer for FAG at Oakwood, St. Joseph's, Holy Trinity and Gate of Heaven (Niagara Falls, NY and Lewiston, NY).
I started a virtual cemetery for our siblings and relatives who live out of town or not in the immediate area as well as others who cannot drive or are unable to travel. This way everyone may visit, pray and remember their loved ones. This will be especially nice during the long winters in New York. No one will have to wait until the summer to visit their loved ones. I also wanted to help preserve our Family's heritage in some way for the younger family members.
When we visit relatives in St. Stanislaus Cemetery, I will take pictures of the grave stones in the area.
I love visiting Find A Grave's online stroll through the cemetery. The peoples stories are amazing--you laugh--you cry. I especially like to read about the older generations. I love their pictures and reading about their life. If you haven't visited the 'online stroll', please do so when you have time. It is very fascinating.
Anyone may use my pictures or information. It would be an honor to help someone else in the hunt for family relatives and information.
THANK YOU to everyone who has left flowers and tributes at my Memorials. They are greatly appreciated.
THANK YOU to the Volunteers for their pictures and posting of Memorials. All their efforts searching through the cemeteries are greatly appreciated.

You're welcome. Glad I could help. All of the Staley's in LRC are listed through 2005 (when the list I'm working from stops). Kathi

You sure can. St. John's is near and dear to my heart. I attended that Church growing up. Went to the school. My sweet parents and Grandmother are resting in the cemetery.
You may use any photos that I've taken pics of that you need. Thankyou for the kind compliment.

Not as far as I can tell, I know I do have them in my tree, don't recall how they get in, but it must have been somewhere along the hint leaves... My Przybysz family is from the Warsaw Poland (Russian) area. I am friends with a member of the Przybysz family from the German sector, her husband's line is from Josef & Ewa Przybysz... There also appears to be a very distant one on my husband's side along the way as well...
