My name is Dan. I was born in Northern New Jersey and I've lived here for almost my entire life. After spending nearly my entire childhood afraid of cemeteries, a boy scout trip to Gettysburg fascinated me. As someone who is a huge proponent for the preservation and documentation of history, I am proud to be a part of Find a Grave. No one deserves to be forgotten, and through volunteering to take photos and gathering information, I am helping that idea become a reality.|
Several people have asked me about the use of my title of Reverend, and that's okay. I am a Minister of the Universal Life Church, a non-denominational church. In my capacity as a minister, I have performed marriage, counseled others on faith and life, and heard confession. I feel that being a photo volunteer has been one of the greatest contributions of my life, and it always makes me so happy to know I've helped someone.

Danny, I don't remember now, it was close to 14 years ago, but I did photograph every stone that was legible in the cemetery when I was there, although it is possible I missed one or two.

|Paula Martin Dixon||Urbanus Baughman, Jr.|
Hello Reverend Danny: I was just doing some work on my husband's family tree checking for any information I do not have. Thank you so much for posting this picture of Urbanus; this was about the time that he retired. My husband says that is about the last time he saw him in person. Urbanus's paternal grandfather Isaac Baughman and my husband's maternal great-great-Grandmother, Barbara Anna Baughman were brother and sister. So I guess that makes them second cousins or something.
Do I have your permission to copy this picture to my files? I have a copy of his book that he authored but don't know if there is a picture or not. Although my husband and I were married in 1965 and Urbanus did not pass until 1978, I did not have the privilege of meeting him that I recall. I do have some correspondence that he sent to my husband's grandother when he was doing some research on the family for her when he was in office. Are you related to this family in any way or just a friend?
Thank you for all of your information.
Paula Martin Dixon

I am not able to locate Pat Welsh in the Green Valley Cemetery; the desk was unable to find any record of her. They said sometimes people use the Tucson cemeteries instead. In fact, the records show it was opened in the late 1990's.

You are welcome.
The photos appear speckled because there are grass clippings on the stone.

Dear Reverend Danny,
Thank you so much for taking the pictures of Ron and Joan Rosellini's grave for me.
I am touched by the kindness of volunteers such as yourself who take time from their busy days to fulfill picture requests of loved one's graves for those of us who are unable to get to the cemetery. It is very much appreciated.
God bless you and your family.
