Bio and Links
Bio Photo I became a member of FAG almost 10 years ago. I love FAG more and more each year. I try to add as many pictures to FAG as time allows.

14 years ago my daughter had a digital camera that ran by floppy disk and that is when I started to take complete cemeteries. My own genealogy sometimes consumes my time so all the pictures I have are not added yet. Every chance I get I will add a bunch. I love how big FAG has become. I tell everyone about it and advise them to join. The more that joins the more pictures added. I have one request from FAG and that is to add a spot for obits.

I started doing genealogy in my middle 20's, I really got into it when my sister introduced me to a program called Family Tree Maker by Broderbund, my fathers Mormon family was in there. I found my grandmother had entered her genealogy to which has also come a long way and open to non members. My grandmothers information ended up on these disks. Now we have Ancestry and it is a wonderful program.

I took off from there. I consider myself very good at what I do and I am always willing to help others.

My dream with my best friend was to retire and get an RV and travel everywhere and anywhere and take pictures of any cemetery we passed. My dream ended when he passed away from pancreatic cancer. One of my fond memories of him is: he would come into the computer room and asked me if I was looking for my great great great in his Spanish tongue. I guess he really did not understand what I was doing but he was content just knowing I was near. I miss him very much.

I want to share one more special thing about myself, my father was a non active Mormon so I did not grow up in the church. I learned he was Mormon when I was in my 30's.

I went to a family reunion in Mississippi July 4, 2011 and got to meet my Mormon family. I have never in my life met such loving people in such large quantities. I was told by one of my cousins that I was chosen, I stopped for a minute and looked at her and said YES, I think I was.

Mormons believe by doing genealogy you are
gathering your family together for the next world. Mind you, I did not grow up in the church and did not know this about genealogy I just knew that I lived and breathed it and never knew why. After my trip I came home and was baptized into the Mormon faith and I love it so much. Like I said before, I have never in my life met so many loving people in such large quantities. Not knowing for so many years I was chosen to do Gods work and gather his children up makes me realize genealogy is not a fun past time but a chosen gift.

I normally do not talk about my personal life but I read other FAG'ers and that makes me know them personally. We are a family and I just love my family so now you know who I am. Hats off to the person or persons that created this awesome site and thank you all for making this a great place to go. Keep up the good work.
Love Cheryl

RE: Suggestion,
I'm not related to this family. One of my great grandchildren's grandmother is married into this family. I did this for them, because they like you were confused to what the original origin and place of the family came from.

I will be glad to transfer the memorial that I created to you if I haven't already done so.

Your Sister in Christ,
Dona Carr Mooring

Photo request for Ruben RobiNson
Cheryl, You have a request for a record with a misspelled name. The correct name "Ruben Robison" has a record with pictures already.

RE: Pearl Hilbelink
"DeMaster" is the owner of the memorial posting. See his name at the bottom of the posting. As I mentioned, I sent the edits but he needs to verify them otherwise Find A Grave will approve them after 2 weeks.

Pearl Hilbelink
You may want to replace your flowers on the memorial of Pearl to memorial # 149434919. I just discovered my entry was a duplicate and I will delete it.

RE: Audrey Robinson photo request
I found her plot information. She was listed as Audrey RobIson, with no N.She's in Last Supper, 225 C2. I'll add the info to her record and she will stay in the photo requests list. Hopefully, I will get to that section in the next week or so.

Audrey Robinson photo request
I looked up plots for all the Mobile Memorial Gardens photo request and this person could not be found. Are you sure this is the correct cemetery? Could it be under another name?
