I became involved in genealogy when my oldest child needed one last Boy Scout Badge and Family History seemed easy. I called my aunt who was the keeper of my dad's family "flame" to get some information. My son got his badge and I got hooked, (now I'm the keeper of that "flame") That was about 40 years ago. I am a widow now with 4 children and 11 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. The photo was taken when I was 18, so don't let it throw you. I hope my children will someday be interested. I believe it is important to keep a record of where our ancestors are buried ( but please ask permission to use my photo's) and this is just the place. Thanks.
