Hi! I am a native of Omaha, Nebraska. I got started studying my genealogy when my uncle presented my family with an album containing photos and notes on my paternal grandmother's origins in Germany by way of rural Missouri - colloquially known as the Missouri Rhineland. I was fascinated, and it planted the seed in me which blossomed into a passion for history and culture.|

I am amassing virtual cemeteries of my relatives. If I request management of a page, it is because the person was a relative (usually a cousin), and I want to provide links and information on that person on a long-term basis. I DO NOT collect non-relatives as a rule, nor do I do bulk surname searches. I am fully aware of Find-a-Grave guidelines; it is YOUR prerogative if you'd like to transfer to me.
The primary purpose of this website is to honor and mourn the dead. With that in mind, I am also SEEKING DIRECT DESCENDANTS of the deceased to take over the pages from me. I will gladly transfer grave management to anyone who requests it who can first demonstrate a closer relationship to the deceased than mine, so PLEASE do not hesitate to ask. My research has enabled many Find-a-Grave subscribers to find their loved ones and launch their own genealogical searches. This to me is just an awesome and rewarding part of working on this site. I'm especially interested in linking infants' graves to their parents, since these children often go unrecorded in census records, genealogies, etc.
ALL MY PHOTOS ARE FREE FOR EVERYONE TO USE. PLEASE GIVE ME CREDIT IF YOU REPOST A PHOTO I'VE TAKEN. THANKS :)
Good luck in all your endeavors, and God bless everyone who views these pages.
All the best,
*UPDATE 04/18/2013: I have finished my genealogical research on several family branches that I have acquired but am not directly related to. From here on, I am seeking direct descendants or close relatives to take over management of the following families: Bockoven, Jacobberger, Majnarič/Majnarich/Mainarich/Maynarich/Minarich, and Mladinič/Mladenich/Mladinich. Thanks! :)
**UPDATE 04/01/2014: I have acquired a bunch of Coates (with an S) from Mount Royal Cemetery in Montréal, Québec, and I'm now seeking direct descendants. Thank you. :)

Happy to transfer Rose to your care. I was filling a request for Vosslers and saw Rose was next door so figured she was a relative and someone might like her photo also. Linda

I have not found a stone, but I did find something today that I was excited about. A list of baby names that are buried in Pine Grove. I will add it to the page. If you still want a stone you'll have to put in another request, but FYI, I have been up there many times and have not seen a Baby Hassett stone.

A-ha! I *had* taken pictures of their stones after all. I've added a record for Catherine "Kittie" Leggett Hassett (#183833385) and added the photo to Mary Leggett's record (#6338856).
|Motherboy1||Catherine and Helen Hassett|
Hello! I've just added photos you requested for the graves of Catherine and Helen Hassett (I'm going to try to get a better picture for Helen, but you can pretty clearly see her date of birth listed as 1902). There were two names on the side of the large monument that were maybe overlooked before--Catherine, wife of J.B. Hassett (these are Helen's parents, I believe), and Mary Leggett (whom I assume was Catherine's mother?), but the picture I took was blurry so I'm going to get another of those as well. There is a memorial for Mary Leggett (6338856), but not for Catherine Leggett Hassett. Neither had dates listed. I did not see a stone for J.B. Hassett but I'll look once more. :)
I walked the cemetery 3 times looking for a grave marker. According to church records, there never was a marker.

Her Memorial is #106350639.
I happened to be in the Cemetery and she is buried with her husband near someone I was interested in photographing. I took several photos that day and have posted them on the memorials. I also looked up her birthdate and place and tried to find her parents. I have requested a connection, because I too believe children should be connected to their parents. Keep up the good work!

Hello Trish, I see you are looking for a grave stone for Keith Hassett, I can pop in there some time next week to have a loom for you. What is your interest in Keith? He is one of my mother in law's many cousins. regards, Ross
