Bio and Links
Bio Photo The descendants of the old settlers, those who cleared the land and first upturned the wild sod to the sun, should see that the doings of those early years are fittingly remembered and recorded.
It was once remarked by a great writer that those who take no interest in the deeds of their ancestors are not likely to do anything worthy to be remembered by their descendants.

Please leave flowers or memorials on my memorials, I believe everyone deserves flowers, and I have a great family. Thank you in advance.
A BIG thank you to those who send histories, death notices, obits and links to add to the memorials. They are wonderful additions.
You may use my pictures and information for your family trees but I do like credit. This is all put on findagrave for your family trees because so many people have helped me with mine. Thank you.

Please read Find A Grave's Transfer Requirements before requesting a transfer "THE FIND A GRAVE GUIDELINES FOR TRANSFERRING MEMORIALS ARE: Spouses, Parents, Brothers and Sisters, Children, Grand-children, Grandparents, and Great-grandparents. Please use the "EDIT" tab to ask for a transfer BUT PLEASE do no ask for a transfer that is not within these guidelines and PLEASE STATE YOUR RELATIONSHIP TO THE DECEASED.
Putting requests on this site you will be ignored, and erased. Ignorance is not bliss it is just embarrassing for you.

For extended family members you can add
Virtual Cemeteries as we have done.

PLEASE USE the "EDIT" TAB ON THE UPPER RIGHT SIDE OF THE MEMORIAL TO SEND CORRECTIONS AND REQUESTS FOR TRANSFERS. Will gladly add any obits and will add links to family members. "
IF A MISTAKE IS FOUND PLEASE EMAIL ME,USING THE EDIT BUTTON ON THE MEMORIAL. This is very important which is why it is CAPITALIZED thank you.

Your tombstone stands among the rest;
Neglected and alone.
The name and date are chiseled out On polished, marble stone.
It reaches out to all who care It is too late to mourn.

You did not know that I exist You died and I was born.
Yet each of us are cells of you In flesh, in blood, in bone.
Our heart contracts and beat a pulse Entirely not our own.

Dear Ancestor, the place you filled One hundred years ago Spreads out among the ones you left Who would have loved you so.I wonder if you lived and loved,I wonder if you knew That someday I would find this spot, And come to visit you.

I requested a picture of her stone. Someone went to take a picture of her stone and found out that there are no any type of stone. They emailed me and ask could they put a picture of her husbands stone on her memorial. So I hope that was okay since you made the memorial? janet

Edward Arthur Pepin
Hi Barbara,
I notice you have Edward Pepin listed as the son of Isaac & Lucite Pepin. He is actually their grandson by their son Charles & his wife. Also, the social security death index has his birthdate as March 23, 1910 which would be correct since he is listed on the 1910 census with his sister Myrtle & his brother Lawrence.

Sincerely,
Nancy D.

Beard Cemetery
Barbara -- Thank you, as many others have thanked you, for posting the Beard family Cemetery in Leonidas, St. Joseph Co, Michigan. Though distant in my line, I have tracked family down to this cemetery where you seemingly have linked spouses and family members. I thought I would let you know that I am pretty certain that the Katherine Beard (1874-1842) that is buried in this cemetery is the wife of Vilorus Beard, who is also buried here. Katherine was actually born in 1877, but that is an easy error after death. This couple had at least 12 children. Many of their children were named after various family members who's names are noted here in this cemetery. I won't list them here, but if you desire their information, I'd be happy to share!! Thanks again for all your hard work! I am a grateful recipient! :-)
