Bio and Links
Bio Photo Hi everyone!
We would like to say Thank You to the people that created Find A Grave for providing a wonderful place to store memorials. This site has provided us with information on some of our relatives so we decided to do our part to help others find theirs.
We would also like to thank all the volunteers that give so many hours of their valuable time to photographing and researching information for Find A Grave.
We heard once that if you haven't grown up by the age of 50, you don't have it! So we have decided not to grow up! We love living in and digging up the past. Do you remember as a kid playing in the attic of grandma & grandpa's house? We do. We still spend time in dusty attics, cemeteries, libraries, and courthouses researching family history. Genealogy researching has become a passion for us, along with our love for traveling.
K was raised in Nebraska. He is a retired Navy veteran with 23 years service. V was raised in Idaho. We both enjoy researching our family histories. We volunteer for several state archives creating indexes and organizing collections. We also index for Family Search. Our passion is to help others find their ancestors.
If you are trying to locate someone in your past or would like to get pictures of loved one's tombstones, please feel free to contact us. As we travel this great country of ours, we may be in the right place at the right time to help you.
We love chatting about genealogy and connecting people with their past.

God Bless You!

Gave of John Upton
Hello,

I just completed a photo request for the grave of John Upton at Old Burying Ground in Lynnfield, MA. I did not see a grave for Sarah Thompson. John's grave was alone in the back of the cemetery. I did however, notice that there were other Uptons buried in the cemetery, although they are closer to the front of the cemetery. This includes another John Upton who died in 1885 and who's wife was Sarah. Let me know if you'd like these photos as well, or any other information on this let me know. It's a small cemetery near my house, so I'd be happy to take a look!

RE: Seria Hoxie #38028081
Thanks for asking about the date ~ I expected it! Many of Seria's public records have her name as Sarah, and she is listed in our cemetery record with a burial date of 7/31/1902. Her IA death record has 7/24/1902. FYI, her husband, Thomas, is listed in the directory with incorrect data ~ we've been working on records of Civil War soldiers in Floyd, and found his dates in the directory are actually those of Henry Groves, another soldier. I sent edits to the duplicate listing's member, Shiver, to correct his data there.
Let me know if you have any other questions ~ it only helps make this information more accurate!

I am not related. Fred was a son of John Reinhardt. John was a civil war veteran and I am trying to link these veterans to their family where I can.
