|Hal B||1855-56 Puget Sound Treaty War virtual cemetery addition?|
I was perusing your 1855-56 Puget Sound Treaty War virtual cemetery and would suggest adding Judge C.C. Hewitt 37837146. I have added some history in the flowers and note section of his memorial some time ago. Judge Hewitt was with Lt. Slaughter when Slaughter was killed and in some accounts actually held him as he expired, having himself been wounded by the hostile's volley into their cabin. Hewitt had recruited a company of men who had awaited Slaughter's force to rendevous at the White River. I appreciate your Findagrave works. Thank you.

Lewis Abbott does not have a headstone. I have posted a photo with a flag showing his burial plot. However, if you would prefer not to have a photo, let me know and I can remove it.
Thank you for the lovely photo !

May I have your permission to download the photo of Mary (Ebey) Bozarth (Memorial #11383600)?
I would like to upload it into my Ancestry Family Tree. It would be wonderful to have such a lovely image of her!!
Thank you for your consideration.
This was a suicide, proven by Jack Hamann in his book, On American Soil (2005), which provided the evidence for the US Army to exonerate the African-American men wrongly convicted of his death and voiding their court-martials.

I added the info you provided to the memorial (very interesting). By the way, please remove the photo you uploaded since I read in the link you provided that you must obtain permission from Washington for the photo to be used.
