Bio and Links
Bio Photo I will be happy to assist anyone that is related to any of my family & the memorials I have. I welcome any additions, corrections or comments. My family lines are Shepherd, Ramsey, Cooper, Perkins, Sloan, Jones, Martin & Bauman(Baughman). I also research my husband's family of McLaughlin, Coombe, White & Davis. I have taken on the job of helping my son-in-law on his family history. His lines are Butler, Rogers, Marks, Robey, McQuain & Means (so far). I don't live in the areas where the cemeteries are located, so I cannot provide additional photos of the cemeteries for you.

RE: Samuel Wesley Shepherd
Great. Glad you all figured it out. The other contributor emailed and said he changed his to Oaklawn so I deleted mine so that there are not duplicates for the same cemetery.

RE: Samuel & America Shepherd in Oaklawn Cem
Buckhorn is on 177 about 3 miles of Sulphur. Oaklawn is north of Sulphur east of 177. I photographed all of Buckhorn. I'll go back and see if I have pics there too. Sometimes people get moved. :-). Buckhorn is very very small.

All I can tell you is....if I posted it, there is a marker. Beyond that, you will need to research as I have zero idea. I live a couple of hours away, so I can't just pop in to check on things there. Good luck.

Amanda Rogers
Amanda is a nick name. Her given name on file is Malinda. Thought that might confuse you. Ken

Amanda Rogers
I verified the info again for Amanda and the death date of 1870 is incorrect. The 1870 Census
taken on august 15 1870 lists her as being alive and on her husbands death records in 1872 she is listed as the person that reported his death.
I've been trying to find this with no luck. Please message me if you find out anything further. Thanks, Ken R.
