Elizabeth Hill
Hi Judy,
Where did the information come from that is listed on Elizabeth Hill's marker? I have a John C. Hill who is my 3xGreat who matches the dates and I would like to locate the documents that could link. Thank you!

RE: Horace Edgar
Hi Judy,
Sorry I don't have any information about Horace. I had just happened upon his obit and that day the capcha thingy would not work to let me send it to the gal over the memorial, so I just put it in under my name. Wish I could have been more help..

FAG Edits
As an addendum to the last message, on your Find A Grave profile page, at the top are several tabs, one of which is EDITS. If that tab ever has a NUMBER in it, someone has sent YOU an edit request. Everyone who has a Find A Grave account needs to check their profile page periodically to see if there are edits waiting to be approved. (You don't get any other notification.)

Betty Shaw Forster
You cannot "add a child" on Findagrave; you may only add a spouse (or multiple spouses) or a parent. The link you want to establish here is accomplished by submitting the edit request to djhwatkins, who manages Betty Forster's page. Only she can link Betty to her parents. I've already submitted this request to her, but this is how I did it:

On Betty's page, click the "edit" tab in the upper righthand corner.

Click "relationship--parent and spouse links."
Paste in the numbers for father and mother.
Hit "submit."

Most members will respond to these requests within a few days. If they don't respond after (I think) 3 weeks, Find A Grave will automatically approve the edit. You'll get a notification when it has been processed, either way.

Another option of this utility lets you add or edit dates and places or birth/death. Another line takes edits for names--corrections, adding maiden names, substituting full names for nicknames, etc.

Finally, the line that says, "suggest any other correction or addition," allows you to make detailed additions, such as text of obits, or anything else that needs explanation.

Hope this is helpful!

Mary louise Crane married Glenn Conder. Glenn's father was Audress Conder and mother was Jessie Sparks.

Jessie's brother, Hershel Sparks, married Beatrice Crane

I was wondering if you could talk to the Conder family and get some info?

Let me talk to my cousin. She might know about a church there.

Okay I have in my tree, I show that a Beatrice Crane married Hershel Sparks and I have a Mary Louise Crane that married a Conder. I am related to both of these families. Do these names, Beatrice and Mary Louise mean any thing to you?
