Hello...I am new to this site. I have been researching my father's family (Sanfords of Virginia) for several years. In particular, looking for ancesters pre dating my GG Grandfather and Grandmother (Richard Corbin and Eliza Garner Sanford from Westmoreland VA both born abt 1812 and 1817. I no longer live in VA area which has slowed down the process. I am hoping that helping others connect with their ancestors and loved ones will create "GOOD KARMA" in my own search. If along the way you have any suggestions regarding my contributions, please feel free to let me know. I am willing to learn.
