RE: George Wesley Poppleton Hill
This is fascinating. Is there a way you could take a picture of the front and back of that picture and send it to me. You could email it to my email address..

This is very interesting. Thelma had 4 daughters. Each of them was named for a previous relative. My mother's middle name came from Thelma's mother (Malissa)

I have never been to Wellsville, UT. But I have a feeling it has a lot of tales to tell and so much information. Just these few communications has stirred the interest in my sister and my brother. My brother was named after George Wesley. And my sister's second daughter was named after Thelma's mother, as well as for my mother's middle name.

The picture would be interesting to see. Do you know when the picture would have been taken?

Hi Julie,

Yes I see that now. That is very nice of you to do that. There is a lot of information there. My younger sister is just thrilled. Cannot thank you enough for that.

Hi Julie, I was visiting with my younger sister about what you had said about a life sketch of George Wesley P. Hill. She is very excited about that.

I really appreciate all the work you are doing to get a photo posted of the markers for both of them. And I would very much like to see the history that you have. As my brothers and sisters would enjoy also.

One of my brothers was named after George Wesley P. Hill. My step mothers middle name was Malissa, after her maternal grandmother Malissa Ellen Jones Clement. So all of this is very exciting.

Hi Julie.

Yes, One of the daughters of George Wesely P. Hill and Thelma, was my Step-mother(second mother) Adis M Hill Abla. (memorial # 14383957) I am currently working to get all of them linked together. Including her first born daughter Pamela Jean Hoopes (memorial # 158069812) who died as an infant in an accident in 1955. I was notified just today of the posting of a photo request I made for Pamela Jean Hoopes. So I am excited to be able to link all of them together.

Thank you, Julie. I made a mistake, so sorry. Ito answer your question, I did not know the Loutensocks. After reading an interview, though, I am quite impressed. They sound like lovely people. Thank you.

Memorial #117574844
Hi, Julie. Thank you for contributing to findagrave! Would you mind changing the date of birth on Memorial #117574844 to match the date on the gravestone (1921 instead of 1920)? This is the memorial of Hyrum William Loutensock. Thank you!
