First, let me state I do this for my love of cemeteries and history, and it's a positive way to give back to the community.

I DON'T do this just to increase my MEMORIALS as many do here!!

I volunteer my time and efforts to honor requests for anyone who asks.
You may send me an email and ask personally for me to photograph a graves site, or go through the Find A Grave method by posting a request from the memorial directly.

* ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ *

PLEASE don't post decedents pictures from the local newspapers on my memorials; if you do, I will notify Find A Grave administrators.

If you would like to have the available obituary for your relative or loved one in the Colorado Springs area, I may have an obituary archived; please ask!!

* ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ *

You may use my photographs for your own personal genealogy files under two simple conditions: ASK ME FIRST please, and then give me credit for the photograph. I have had people copy my pictures then post them on and on genealogy websites....and that is NOT right to use my work without my permission, which is why it is now copyrighted material!!

Please note: I am inactive on Find a Grave from the end of September - March.

RE: Keller grave
I have no idea where to suggest to find her grave. I would start looking where her relatives were buried in the same time period. Good luck!

RE: Keller and Linden Edits
Hi TT - Mary Ellen's maiden name was Linden - she was married twice - once to Joseph Niven and once to Frederick Keller, so I don't think Elizabeth Agatha Keller is her sister. Thanks for all the work you do.

Keller and Linden Edits
Received your edit requests for Michael Linden and Mary Ellen Keller. Just curious, are you related to them? They are my sister-in-laws family.

Louise Sibley

I found an Iowa birth record:

Birth Place Sweetland, Muscatine, Iowa

Mother Emma Reise
FHL Film Number 1003494

Also, Louise is listed in the 1900 census with a DOB of Oct 1899 and is at least 7 months old (although person who transcribed it did so incorrectly).

John Henry Sibley, husband of Emma Eda Reise.

Today I found @ Emma's obit in The Daily Tribune, Davenport-Bettendorf, Iowa, newspaper, Wednesday, 12 Apr 1961, Page 6:

"Mrs John Sibley, 85, of R R No 1, Bettendorf, died at 5pm Tuesday in the Davenport Convalescent Hospital.

The former Emma Reise was born in La Crosse, WI. She was married to Mr Sibley there in 1898. Following their marriage, the couple moved to Muscatine, and later to Scott County in 1933. Mr Sibley died in 1945.

She is survived by two sons, Earl and Ray Sibley, both of Davenport; a daughter, Mrs Valmore Cook, R R No 1, Bettendorf; a grandchild, and two sisters, Mrs L R Green, Des Moines, and Mrs Clara McCruskey, Benton Harbor, MI.

Funeral services will be held 1pm Friday in Runge Chapel. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Muscatine."

If I discover more on John Henry Sibley, I'll let you know.
