|Hi...I am Barbara Scull Crawford Smith...Shelby's mother. I now live in Nashville, Tenn and would welcome and appreciate anyone that would like to leave her flowers or gifts. I miss my Shelby every day. Hard to belive but she would have been 49 years old this month. Her father, Ronnie Crawford, lives in Grinnell, Iowa, and I know he misses his daughter too. Thank you for this website. It does help.|

I hope you don't mind, but I see you added a note to your offering on Shebs memorial. He was raised with my Dad in Oklahoma and used to visit us in Alaska, where he came up with the character "Ben Colder". The song, "That's my Pa" was written about their Dads when they'd come home on the weekend after a little too much. "Don't go near the eskimos" was also written when he visited.
I would love to hear a story or two about him from you. Sheb was just Sheb. It wasn't until I grew up that I realized he was "famous" lol.
I have asked for Shelbey's site to be transfered to me. I have located her obiturary. I can and will transfer the site to you if you wish. That way I or you can change pictures around add etc.

For your info , Miss Smith I did not write that in his interment it was in an article from the newspaper and that was what was in a obit article I used in here , if you knew him so well I will gladly transfer over his interment to you , and I hope he does rest in peace .

James and Richard are both here on findagrave. I'm the last one around. I added a picture to your daughters site and if you do not like it lmk and I;ll remove it.
I try to add everyone from Lynnville that I have known. I had Louis Scull transfered to me so that I could add a few things instead of just dates.
Stay in touch.

Barbara: Have added a picture and info to your grandfathers site.
Just wondering if your the same Barbara Schull that lived in Lynnville? I noticed your daughters site. I'm a Dearinger the youngest. Would be a year or two younger then Renee if she is your sister. Jim and Rich were my brothers.

It was my pleasure. Anytime I can help, let me know. I'm only 3 miles from Rock Creek Cem. My first husband is buried in Missouri and I know how difficult it is sometimes.
Take care, Patty
