ps about James Cotton
James Cotton is our Pendleton Cousin, his mother is my Great Aunt and your GGreat Aunt Dicie Pendleton-Cotton.

I do know James is buried there. I will look up my research on his grave location if possible next week for you.

Again, Thank you for helping here on FG with our families.

Love, Aunt Bea

Thank You ~
Julie, Hi Honey, I transferred my fg page to your care for now. I am having minor surgery but wanted to insure I was in your care.

Nothing to worry over. It is an outpatient so I might need my page back by end of week but I will let you know on fb. I did not want to post there because I don't want this known to family. Aunt Sandi knowns but that is all.

Love you and my only request...please leave my page as it reads. :)

God Bless you for helping me with this.

Love you, Aunt Bea, Uncle David and MM

James C Cotton Jr -
Hi, My names is Stephanie and I am the director for the Russellville Oakland Cemetery. There is a memorial page for Mr Cotton (Find A Grave Memorial# 85043073), but I cannot locate any record with the cemetery of him nor his Mother, Dicie Faye Pendleton Cotton Bowden. I did notice there is a photo of Mr Cotton's grave marker, and was hoping you could give an indication of which part of the cemetery to begin my search to locate the grave so he can be added to our records.

Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

found father

I finally found the father of Robert Alexander Morrow Woody - his first father died during the end of the Civil War and Roberts mother remarried to Hugh Woody.

Hugh Woody never adopted Robert but Robert took the last name of Woody as all his records reflected the name and not Morrow.

John William Morrow - is the father of Robert. Death 6 Dec 1865 and buried: Bethel Cemetery, Henderson, Rusk County, Texas. His number is: 66101503. I would appreciate your time to connect Robert with his father.

Thanks for your help with this.

Daniel Lester
Ms Wadlow;

My name is Stephen Lester and I am the Great Great Grandson of Daniel Lester. I am in the process of trying to trace my lineage and I have hit a brick wall with Daniel's birth in 1820 Kentucky. Do you have any information on his parents or siblings?

Thank you for maintaining this memorial.
