My answer was before I realized that you transferred him to me. Thanks. You are doing a great job, by the way. I never meant to imply otherwise.

I would think he died the last day of June, so that's what I'd put. It was the fault of whoever engraved the stone. :) (Smiley face means I'm just having fun with you!) We all run into things like that..

Cantrell family
Hello Vonnie, My name is Bill Cantrell. I saw your name on find a grave. I hope it is ok if I message you. I have been working on my genealogy for a few years now. I have been confussed about some of my family line. My great grandfather was John Cantrell, his second wife was Ellen Mintz, John lived 1823-1906. He is buried at New Liberty Baptist Church in Travelers Rest sc. I believe his father was Samuel Cantrell, he is buried in Henderson co nc at the Cantrell family cemetery. I believe Samuelís father was Reuben Cantrell. I think Reuben is buried at Buck Creek Baptist Church cemetery. The part that I am not clear on is who Reubenís father is. I have saw it listed as John Cantrell and as Isaac Cantrell. I believe John and Isaac are brotherís. If you know the way my family line goes, if you donít mind helping me I would be most grateful. Feel free to message me, or give me a call sometime. Thank you, Bill Cantrell. (864-360-6906.

Cantrell Gilliand Memorial Garden
Hello,
The work you have done here is amazing! I am trying to locate the Cantrell Gilliand Memorial Garden that is referred to often times as having cenotaphs. Do you know the physical location? I am in Pickens County and would like to visit it.
Thank you for everything you do!
Holly

Eatman Family
Hi, thanks for sending all the research on the Eatmans; clearly you've unraveled some of their knots...:) I think you should manage their memorials...I came across them in my project of photographing Woodlawn Cemetery (formerly Markham and Pine Hill). I have no connection to them, nor any knowlege of them other than trying to connect them to each other.

If ok with you, I'd like to transfer them to you for maintenance. There are others of the Eatman children buried at Woodlawn...possibly I will come across them in the section I'm currently photographing; assuming that they have headstones. (Many in this cemetery don't, either they never had a stone, or it's been damaged over the years). In any case, if I find more family members, I can let you know.
