Bio Photo The goal is not to "own" every memorial of those to whom you are related. The ultimate goal should be to have meaningful, accurate memorials that honor those who have passed away, regardless of who created the memorial or who maintains it.
SUSAN LOST HER LIFE ON JUNE 29 2014 TO CANCER. SHE DID MOST OF THE WORK IN CREATING THE MEMORIALS FOR THIS SITE. SO PLEASE VISIT HER MEMORIAL#134125992 AND MAYBE LEAVE A THANK YOU IN HER HONOR.

MAIRE Joseph
Hello, I'm calling Alain GUILLAUME, I'm french, Member of a group of amateur genealogists. We are working to build a base grouping all the people who have left our area, Franche-Comté in France, to went to the USA.

Condolences
Rich, I am so sorry to read about Susan. I know she was a selfless supporter of Find-A-Grave and I am grateful to her for all of her efforts.

I came to the site today to add something to my grandfathers biography and to see if I had missed any other family members. I would like to add some information to my great grandfathers' memorial that you and Sue had done back in 2012.

Victor Muzzulini - Memorial# 101259615 - you can send me an email at CTirish@cox.net to let me know if that is okay. Thank you, jane

RE: tokens
Hi Rich,
Sorry for late reply. I'd be more than happy to tell you how I get the tokens, I didn't know there's a web site for tokens.
I get the tokens from the memorial pages & go through the pages. Sometimes it maybe time consuming but to me it's worth it.
I read the loved ones bio, let's say its says their loved one was in the Girl Scouts. I search the web for the founder(s) name of Girl Scouts & see if there's a memorial page.
Example: Jane Smith founder, I type in, Jane Smith Find A Grave. Be sure to add F.A.G., after the name because if there's a memorial page for her it will take you right to her memorial page.
From there I just start going through all the messages & hope I find a token related to "Girl Scouts" left from previous F.A.G., members. Then I click on the token & add it to my scrapbook.
Sometimes I get lucky & only go through a few pages but sometimes I go through a lot but it's so worth it to me.
Whatever their loved ones enjoyed, hobbies, collections, a memory of something about their loved ones, I do searches for the name(s) of founders, inventors, creators, famous names and famous players of all sports and so on.
I hope this make sense. If I can help you with anything more please just let me know.
I hope all is well and thank you for your visits to my family,
I really appreciate it.
