If you'd like a relative transferred to you just ask. I am more than willing to as long as they are not related to me.|

Have Eli DeBauche on my list but sent an email to the Ft. Howard office for help locating his grave in Block 11. Didn't find it after walking the section twice. Sometimes, as you well know, BAGS is off a bit on location.
Were you aware, Danielle, that Woodlawn is getting a new office manager? Volunteers might have an easier time getting info. on grave-locations.

That settles his name as John. I did not know about the first spouse. I hope we have the right person. I was familiar with Bernice Reimer Verkuilen. Are you related and familiar with the family?
Click on Bernice Reimer Verkuilen tombstone. You get "Nothin". She would have been buried in Theresa because that was her family origin, and being a widow 1951-2007, and now first wife revealed.
Glad you are working to complete and straighten out this large family. Is it ok that I decline the name and birthdate edits?
|public name||John Anton Verkuilen|
Family knew him as John, though birth index says Anton, and there is another brother John Arnold.(1910-1987)
I see there is a tombstone photo request. See what that says, and we'll go with that.
Brother Henry (1921-2011) has an obit listing 7 brothers and 4 sisters. He would probably be called Antone there.
He is John in the SSDI.
I see someone has an edit for Mother's maiden name, which should be (Vande Weyer)
