I add individuals that are connected to me in some way, however, if I have a memorial that is your direct line family member and you prefer to maintain it yourself, just email me with your findagrave number and I will transfer to you. Cecile|

|Kathryn Slatten-DeMarco||John Bedgood of NC GA|
We corresponded years ago about John and your branch of Bedgood's.
I have asked this same question to every Bedgood researcher descended from old John and that is:
Where is the evidence or document that proves that his first wife was Mary WHITE ? No one ever had an answer but only that is was passed around.
Same question for his 2nd wife being a Mary GLOVER, no one had any evidence or record to prove her maiden name was Glover.
Do you have evidence or a legal record or other legitimate source for these two women's maiden names?
I have searched the extant records since 1978 and never found evidence for either of John's wife's maiden names.

Transfer done. I'm glad his memorial belongs to a family member now. God bless!

Cecile, I'd be happy to transfer this memorial to you, if you'd like to manage it. He is not related to me, but is buried in one of my Upchurch family's lots. I always wondered why he was buried there, but am guessing he probably was buried there long before the Upchurch family bought the lot.

If this is your relative, I'm happy to transfer. Just send a transfer request. Take care. Mike

Hi, I wanted to ask you about your connection to the Moodys in Johnson Cemetery in Emanuel County. My great grandmother's maiden name was Rachel Moody, and she was the sister of Benjamin Franklin Moody Sr whose wife Eva is buried in Johnson. But I can't find where he is buried.
