I am retired in Boise, Idaho. I have loved spending time in cemeteries since I was a little girl. Helping people by exploring cemeteries and photographing grave markers for them is a dream retirement activity for me.|
I walk the rows taking random photos when I am in a cemetery, and add the photos or the entire memorial to Findagrave if they are not in. I particularly concentrate on veterans (and their spouses), infants and children. I feel the veterans have earned the right to go to the front of the line. And I feel that since the babies and the children got so little on earth, at least I can give them some electronic "life".
I am always happy to add any information to a memorial I manage. Just send it. I am also delighted to add obituaries; just make sure that I have the correct attribution to add so the paper's copyright is respected.
If you find any errors of fact, date, relationship, or spelling on any of my memorials, please let me know. As a former professional proofreader, I KNOW that no one is perfect all the time, including me. I will fix it.
I will transfer management of memorials in line with the Findagrave guidelines, which specify relatives in a direct line. Specifically, they say: "Transfer requests should be for direct relatives within four generations. This would be your siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Any non-direct relatives (aunts, uncles, cousins, etc) are not required to be transferred." Please do not ask.

Hello again, I just sent an email, but doesn't look like it went. If not, could you please check the accuracy of the memorial for Hattie in Canyon Hill Cemetery, Caldwell, Idaho.
She is a sister of my husband's grandmother Vada Arnold Moore. We took a photo of Dean J. Fowlers grave years ago, but didn't know who he was.
Hattie was born in 1880 and too young to have had a son born 1889 (Dean J. Fowler #86180888)
Will appreciate your checking on this, Thank you for the work you do.

He was a classmate of mine. His mother was a teacher at the elementary where I went, even though I didn't have her as a teacher. I am the keeper of our Memory Book for the Class of 1963, so I try to make a page that has their information and burial information on it. Gene was an outstanding person. Juanita
