I was born and reared in the Pittsboro, Middle Twp. area and still am residing here. I have a great family for which I am proud to be a part of. Have searched many years for my ancestors, my husband's and many extended family members and their history.|
When I find a picture or am given a picture to place with a name, it's like getting a piece of a gold mine, so to speak.
I like to add my ancestors and connected ancestors to Find A Grave, so they won't be forgotten. And too, I hope that some of my younger family members will get the urge to further search, and break down some of my "brick walls". This will give them a beginning searching tool. This is why I like to add family members and etc to my memorials, instead of just posting the birth and death dates, which too are very important.
I thank and appreciate Find A Grave, for letting me do so. Also appreciate all the pictures placed on my memorials, the leads given and the links to family members. Last, but not least, I appreciate and give thanks to all those wonderful people who have restored stones and cemeteries.
So in closing, I do thank all that have aided me in my search.

Wondering if you have any info connecting W M Teague on the 1850 census,Van Buren,Ark to you family. Descendants were Daniel Webster Teague/Sarah E J McCormick and William Albert Teague/Louisa Cook. William Alber Teague was my grandfather. Any info from anyone would be appreciated.
|Valerie Stark Newsome||Angeline Glenn Lamb|
Angeline is my second great aunt. First there is me, then my father Max Stark, then his mother Bessie Glenn Stark, then her father Alexander Wesley Glenn who was Angeline's brother. Nice to meet you! Would you have any photos of the Glenn/Lamb family?

I received some genealogy information from my grandmother that her cousin had researched before she passed. It had a Lydia R. Pickett listed at Aquilla and Mary's daughter born abt. 1845. She also had a Lydia Pickett born abt. 1845 married to Mr. Runion. I was searching to see if these two Lydia's were one person or if it was two different Lydia's.
Thanks again for your help.

I really appreciate all the details that you have put on people, stating who they are family of even if not all of the family have online grave bios to link to.
On William Newton Runion birth 1836, death 1932. I'm not sure if you added to him or if you know anything about him. I'm looking for information on his second wife Lydia Pickett Runion. If you are able to let me know if you have found any information on who here parents were.
If not I understand, Thanks again for taking care of keeping so many peoples stories alive after death on Find a Grave.

|Jo Ann Bayer||John Irvin Lamb|
Hi Lou, I would like to thank Ronnie Miller for clearing up a mystery of the "S" in Hannah Helton's name, Savannah. I don't know why her name has so many spellings. She is in my Bible record as Hannah S Lamb. She is my second great grandmother. I would also like to comment on Irvin in John's name. I know the name "Irvin" is in 2 records, and I am going with that rendering. At the bottom of the Death Certificate the informant sign what looks like Earl Lamb. I believe it is Ceceil Lamb as he was living with them. My Mom was also living at that Russell address. If some one wants to check Ceceil's handwriting on his WW1 Draft record and compare the signature. On that record someone spells his dad name as Irven. J Bayer
